We were excited to be selected for the design and construction of the DOH questionnaire – specifically constructed for board members. The focal point was to be the user interface and how to best execute a vast number of questions.
We met a few challenges with the overall design and how best to develop the layout and structure of each questions to sub question, Many hours of thinking later and we accomplished a flowing feel which jumped to each relevant section with the use of AJAX. An alternate non Javascript version was also available for accessibility reasons which comply with Government policies.
Security testing and government procedures extended the project by a few extra weeks, the final deliverables were browser and bug tested before going live for members to complete.
